For agencies

An AI browser agent for agencies

An AI browser agent takes the repetitive browser work off an agency's plate: researching prospects, pulling numbers out of client dashboards, auditing sites page by page and watching competitors. Vassal Agent does it in your own signed-in browser and asks before it sends, publishes or deletes anything.

Prospect research and new business

Give it your ideal client and it builds a researched list: companies that fit, what their site and marketing look like today, who runs marketing, and a specific reason to reach out. It can check each prospect's site for the gap you fix, such as a slow page, no case studies or ads that point to a broken page, and draft a first note that mentions it. Every send waits for your Allow. The lead generation page goes deeper.

Client reporting pulls

Many client numbers live in dashboards with no export or no connector. The agent opens each one in your signed-in browser, reads the figures you name, puts them in one table and writes a first-draft summary. Schedule it for the first of the month and the table is in your Inbox when you arrive.

Site audits, page by page

Ask it to walk a client's site and check what you would check by hand: titles and descriptions, broken links, missing alt text, forms that fail, pages that still show last year's pricing. It reads many pages at once and returns a list of issues with the URL for each.

Competitor and market monitoring

Point it at competitors' pricing pages, ad libraries, job boards or launch pages. It tells you when one of them changes, with a link to the page.

Admin nobody wants

Filling vendor and directory forms, updating listings across platforms, copying briefs from email into your project tool. It fills everything in and stops at Submit.

Why agencies use a browser agent rather than scripts

Scripts and scrapers break when a site changes, and every client uses a different set of tools. A browser agent reads the page the way a person does, so it copes with new layouts and with tools no integration covers. When a site changes under a saved workflow, Vassal Agent works out the new layout and updates its notes for next time.

The cost is speed and determinism. For a fixed, high-volume job with a stable API, an integration or a script is still the better tool.

Control that fits client work

What it costs

$499 a month or $4,990 a year, with a private setup call and one custom workflow built for your agency in the first month. It uses your own AI plan, such as Claude Pro at $20 a month.

Questions

Can it log in to client accounts?

It works inside sessions you open. You sign in to each client tool yourself in the app's browser, and the agent uses that session. Passwords stay on your computer and are never recorded in workflows.

Can it publish or change things in a client's account?

Only with your approval. Before it posts, publishes, submits, pays or deletes, it stops and asks. You can also add a rule such as "Never do anything on this client's ad account" in plain words.

Can my team use it?

Each license covers two computers. An owner can set team rules that staff copies enforce and cannot loosen, such as never pressing Send on a given site.

Does it replace our reporting tool?

Not if your reporting tool connects to every source you use. It helps with the sources that have no connector, or with the checks a person still does by eye: reading a dashboard, comparing against last month, and writing the summary.
