Step 1 · About two minutes

Download and install.

Get it from the download page and open it. On a Mac, drag Vassal Agent into Applications. Then pick Claude or ChatGPT: one click installs what is missing and opens the sign-in.

If your Mac says it can't check the app the first time, the download page shows the one-time fix. It runs on macOS 12 or newer (Apple chip or Intel) and on Windows 10 and 11.

Step 2 · Watch it work

Type the job.

Say it the way you'd tell a person. It works in the browser beside it, signed in as you, and shows each step as it goes.

Step 3 · You stay in charge

Approve anything that leaves.

Before it sends, posts, submits, pays or deletes anything, it stops and asks. Nothing happens until you say yes.

Step 4 · Every day after that

Before you install.

Is it hard to install?

No. Drag it into Applications, open it and pick Claude or ChatGPT; it installs what's needed and signs you in. If your Mac says it can't check the app the first time, the download page shows the one-time fix.

Which AI do I need?

One AI plan: Claude or ChatGPT (through OpenAI's Codex, signed in with your ChatGPT account). Claude Pro is enough.

What if I get stuck?

Does it work on Windows?

Yes. Vassal Agent runs on Windows 10 and 11, and on Macs with macOS 12 or newer (Apple chip or Intel). The download page picks the right one for your computer.
