Refund policy

Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed and you are not charged during it.
Full refund in the first 14 days
If you are not happy within 14 days of your first charge, ask for a refund and you get all of it back, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email hello@vassalagent.com or reply to your receipt email from the address you subscribed with. Our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, returns the money to the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. A refund ends your subscription and your license key stops working.
What is not refunded
- Requests made more than 14 days after your first payment.
- Renewal payments after your first payment.
- Part of a period. If you cancel, your subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then stops.
- A second first-payment refund. The 14-day refund applies once per customer.
Where the law gives you a right to a refund beyond this policy, that right still applies.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email. You will not be charged again.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer refund requests quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the license while it is reviewed, and we may provide records of the purchase and your use to contest it. If a chargeback is filed on a valid charge, we may end the subscription and refuse future purchases.
